Key Factors for Success:   completion criteria must be measurable; buy-in must occur in writing in suitable detail to allow assessment of success; owner (Project Manager), internal and external customers and sponsor (financial or power backer) must be defined and included in process; relative priority of project must be known; definition of what the project is NOT is as important as definition of what project is; manage scope creep
