Use Month as a Duration Unit

Microsoft Project 2000  supports months as a unit of duration. Typing 3mos in the duration field is recognized as three months. By default, a month has 20 days, but you can also specify how many days constitute a month.

1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Calendar tab.
2. Specify the number of days in the Days per month box.
