Whitewall Records, Inc. needed a better method of tracking its record adds and invoicing its customers. The paper system required many hours of labor to update and it was difficult to search for items. The company was growing and stood the chance of loosing business. Whitewall works with major radio stations and record companies such as WOWI, WWWZ, WHAT, A&M, Qwest, RCA and many other major companies. To keep up with the growth of its customer base and to improve service, they needed a computerized system.

TTSI was contracted to develop a system to automate their tracking and invoicing systems. We developed in MS Access a Y2K-compliant multi-user, record tracking application. TTSI completed the application in a very short period. The system helped Whitewall improve its services to customers and reduce cost. When record company executives demand information and give very short dead lines, Whitewall always deliver on time. Work that took hours to complete is done in a few seconds. This means that Whitewall can respond very rapidly to the demands of its client base and keep accurate records of its internal business activities.

The system has been up and running for years with 0 failures or downtime.
