Curriculum Development & Training Delivery:

Objective: Train and work with Project Delivery Team (PDT) Members (Project Managers and productions Team Leaders) responsible for managing diverse, large and small scale,  multi-year real property improvements using USACE developed (and periodically updated) proprietary electronic PDT tools.

Solution: Learned the software tools and applied business procedures by partnering with USACE experts since 1998, developed modular training curriculum, wrote user-training manual, helped craft SOPs that use familiar terms and expressions, and delivered training both in the U.S. and Europe.

Result: Increased productivity by enabling Project Managers, Project Delivery Team members, and when necessary Army customers (e.g. ARL Adelphi Md.), to quickly get up to speed using the newly fielded tool..
